How is Lomi Lomi special?
A Lomi Lomi massage invites you to let go and surrender. With never-ending strokes, your mind is invited to stop anticipating the next moment and let go of control. Through a rhythm of faster and slower touches, your body can relax and repeatedly experience the sensation of coming down.
Lomi Lomi supports the relaxation of both body and mind. Sometimes, it leads you into a trance-like state where new clarity about your life may emerge.
What is a Lomi Lomi massage?
Lomi Lomi is a massage of your entire body (excluding the genitals). Using plenty of oil, my hands and forearms glide in flowing movements over (and even under!) your body. You’re invited to fully enjoy the touch of Lomi and allow it to nourish you.
My personal style is a tender slowness – we’ll return again and again to moments of stillness and holding, where your nervous system is allowed to find stillness.

Questions and Answers
We’ll schedule the massage for two hours. This allows time to arrive together and to clarify any important questions.
The actual massage lasts about 90 minutes. Typically, I begin with your back and then move to the front of your body. You are lying on a massage table. At the end, there’s space for a short debrief.
If you’d like even more time to arrive and ease out afterward, we can also schedule a 2.5-hour session. Feel free to talk to me about this.
You are welcome with any preferences or needs that would help you feel more comfortable during the massage. Please don’t hesitate to share them with me. There are many ways we can adjust the massage.
Changes to our agreement on nudity and genital touch are not possible (see below).
When receiving a Lomi, you’re usually fully undressed. Your genitals remain covered with a cloth throughout the entire massage. If you prefer to keep on some clothing, that’s totally fine—just be aware it will get oily.
If you prefer a massage where you remain fully clothed, I’m happy to offer that too—just let me know.
As the massage therapist, I will remain clothed at all times.
No, Lomi Lomi is not about sexual pleasure. Your genitals will remain covered throughout the massage. Lomi is a space where beautiful and deep touch can happen free from the complexity of sexuality.
It’s possible that arousal may arise in your body during the massage—and that’s perfectly fine. You’re welcome as you are. We will not act on the arousal. It’s simply allowed to be there, move through you, and pass.
The word Lomi is Hawaiian for “to knead”; Lomi Lomi roughly translates to “great, powerful kneading.” Originally, Lomi Lomi massage was a Hawaiian temple ritual. It was used for healing and to support the receiver special transitions, like initiations or at the threshold to death.
In its roots, Lomi Lomi was always more than a wellness massage—it was a profound form of bodywork. In that sense, I invite you to bring with you every aspect of your being to this special occasion.
