Hello, I am Nico.

As a sex counselor and Sexological Bodyworker, I support people on their journey toward a self-determined and pleasurable sexuality. I help my clients experience themselves free from sexual blockages and connect with their bodies as a nourishing resource.

I believe that we grow most through lived experience. That’s why my work combines conversational counseling with embodied learning. I invite my clients into spaces of self-exploration where they can gently rediscover themselves and their bodies.

I see myself as a companion on the path to mindful sexuality—one that doesn’t always require glowing self-love vibes. From my own experiences with depression, I bring a big heart for the presumably unpretty and the stubborn.
